1. Job Purpose

Deliver high-quality instruction in core subjects, integrating academic content with medical and innovation-focused knowledge. Serve as a proactive mentor (Success Coach) to guide students toward achieving their Individualized Study Plans (ISP) while maintaining international standards of academic excellence.

2. Key Responsibilities

Pedagogy & Instruction

• Design lesson plans that emphasize critical thinking and real-world application, particularly in medical and innovation pathways
• Deliver instruction using Active Learning and Project-Based Learning approaches to reduce redundancy and enhance practical skills
• Develop and implement digital learning content via Learning Management Systems (LMS) to support self-paced learning

Coaching & Student Support

• Act as a Success Coach, providing individualized academic guidance, career planning, and portfolio development
• Monitor student performance and behavior through real-time data analytics, and implement timely interventions when risks are identified
• Collaborate with school psychologists to support students’ mental well-being, prevent burnout, and foster a balanced learning environment

Professional Collaboration

• Work closely with guest lecturers to integrate core subjects with Pre-Med elective programs
• Participate in Professional Learning Communities (PLC) and continuous training in educational technology and medical innovation
• Build strong relationships with parents through insightful academic reporting

3. Job Specifications

Education & License

• Master’s degree in a relevant field, OR
• Bachelor’s degree with honors in a relevant field, plus a valid Teaching License from the Teachers’ Council of Thailand (or in progress as per legal requirements)

Experience & Expertise

• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in a school setting
• Strong English communication skills (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent)
• Knowledge of student coaching and mentoring practices

Technical & Soft Skills

• Digital Literacy: Proficient in Google Workspace for Education, LMS platforms, and AI tools for education
• Data Literacy: Ability to analyze data and apply insights to improve teaching effectiveness
• Growth Mindset: Open to change, innovative in teaching approaches, and passionate about student development
