Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver instructional lessons aligned with curriculum standards
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Develop engaging teaching materials and activities to facilitate learning
• Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve instructional methods and curriculum content
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
• Support students' academic and personal development through mentorship and guidance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; university experience is preferred
• Proven experience in teaching or instructing in an academic setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
• Passion for education and student success

• Prior experience working within a university or higher education setting is a plus
