What we are looking for: We are looking for a Team Admin Assistant for one of our internal projects.

Role: Team Admin Assistant

Location: Noida

Years of experience: 8-10 Years

Shift: General IST

Responsibilities:

• Team Admin will be responsible for day-to-day admin tasks like Assets management, space management, support managers calendar, partial financial management like procurement of general supplies and goodies for team,
• Organize team morale events, Town-Hall and All hands meetings etc. And also accountable for new employees and interns onboarding and exits.
• Connect with internal and external clients. Provide support to the org on client policies and other comms wherever needed.

Typical Day in the Role:

1. Calendar Management of their manager

2. Support the teams in assets / space related stuff

3. Flex Hours can be given based on the need

4. 100 % remote cannot be given for admin role.

Requirements:

• Years of experience required: 8-10 years of relevant admin/corporate/HR experience.
• Good communication skills, Manage day to day administrative work. Basic Degree and people management skills needed.
