You will provide a comprehensive administrative service to the team, including supporting referrals and appointments, maintaining accurate patient and waiting-list information, processing correspondence and clinical documentation, arranging meetings and providing general administrative support to the multidisciplinary team.

The role involves working with confidential and sometimes sensitive information, so accuracy, discretion and good communication skills are essential. You will use a range of electronic systems and will need to be confident with IT and able to learn new systems quickly.

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic person who is:

§ Have good interpersonal skills and is able to work in a confidential and sensitive manner.

You will be offered opportunities for training and professional development.

We would be very happy to discuss any questions or queries with prospective candidates.

We’re a large NHS Mental Health Trust in South East England. We’re looking for people to help us provide high quality services for the patients, carers and local communities we serve.

We want patients and staff to recommend our organisation as a place where they would be happy for their friends and family to be treated. You can help us do this by bringing your skills, experience and commitment to Sussex Partnership.

The Team Administrator will provide a full administrative service, having daily liaison with a wide range of staff at all levels and regular contact with people who use services and their carers, who may at times be distressed or angry. The Team Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of the office environment for the team.
