Team Assistant | London Hybrid | Salary ££

Our client is a series B / Unicorn stage ai business, rapidly growing with a very exciting future! They're a lovely, down to earth and self sufficient team, looking for a super smart, techy Assistant to support their Founder and team of five execs.

This isn't a typical assistant role - there is no guide book. You'll need to throw yourself into the chaos, be super quick, get a buzz from making things happen quickly with little instruction and become a truly valued member of the team.

AI is embedded in how this business operates, with tools like Blockit, Notion, Perk etc. - you'll need be resourceful, forward-thinking and quick and curious to embrace new technology. Things move quickly, the team travels extensively, often together - so you'll need to think on your feet, use your initiative and be comfortable figuring things out as you go.

You'll be:

• Managing complex, fast-moving diaries across a team of six
• Coordinating international travel and handling last-minute changes using tools to save time
• Anticipating clashes, prioritising competing demands and protecting executive time
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders
• Embracing AI tools and finding smarter ways to work

We're looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience supporting multiple senior executives in high-growth tech, investment banking, private equity or consulting
• Loves coordination, thrives on complexity and stays calm under pressure
• Is highly resourceful, proactive and confident making decisions
• Has excellent judgement, meticulous attention to detail and absolute discretion
• Is genuinely curious about AI and always looking for a better way to get things done
