Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Conduct engaging product demos to showcase features and benefits of store merchandise
• Handle retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash register operations, cash handling, and cash drawer management
• Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and organizing store inventory to maintain an attractive shopping environment
• Support upselling initiatives by recommending additional products aligned with customer preferences
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Participate in supervising activities when needed, guiding new team members or assisting in training on retail procedures and product knowledge

Experience

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key!
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse customer needs
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and basic retail math enhances your effectiveness in this role
• Demonstrated strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette are essential for engaging with customers confidently
• Supervising experience or leadership qualities are advantageous for supporting team activities and maintaining store standards
• Knowledge of retail store product offerings, merchandising techniques, and stock management will help you excel in daily tasks

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
