Team Captain Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated, experienced, wellness-focused leader to guide our crew at Smoothie King . As Team Captain, you’ll keep operations smooth, inspire your team, and help guests crush their health goals one smoothie at a time.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Lead by example, delivering top-notch guest experiences.
• Motivate your team and maintain a fun, productive vibe.
• Oversee smooth daily operations—clean, organized, and on point.
• Train and coach team members to excel.
• Monitor inventory, ensure quality, and solve challenges.
• Handle guest concerns like a pro, ensuring satisfaction.

What You Bring:

• Leadership experience in food service or retail (required).
• A passion for health and wellness.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a team-first mindset.
• 18+ and ready for flexible shifts, including weekends.
