NOW HIRING: Crew Team Captain (Field Production Lead) at The Mold Gurus. Tired of outworking everyone else on your crew but getting paid the same? It’s time to change jerseys and control your income. At The Mold Gurus, we don’t run ordinary remediation crews—we build championship teams. Our Owner is stepping off the field to focus entirely on sales, and business development, we need a dominant, high-performing Team Captain to take the field, lead our installation crews, and own the scoreboard.
