Team Coach/Scrum Master

• Role Overview:
• This role is focused on coaching Agile teams, improving the way teams deliver value, and helping them continuously improve their collaboration, ownership and overall Agile maturity.
• The Team Coach will work closely with Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments and support the team in becoming more self-organized and effective.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a servant leader and professional coach, helping teams deliver value sustainably and improve continuously.
• Support Agile teams in improving their end-to-end delivery, collaboration, learning and ownership.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and actively identify and remove impediments affecting team delivery.
• Help teams improve their throughput, quality, predictability and engagement.
• Foster an Agile mindset and support self-organization while implementing Scrum practices in a SAFe environment.
• Collaborate with other Team Coaches and contribute to developing and implementing Agile best practices.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement improvements in processes, practices and tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in Scrum framework (PSM I certified).
• Bachelor's degree in Computers or related field; B.Tech preferred.
• Strong understanding of Safe/Scaled Agile Framework principles and cyber security concepts.
• Immediate Joiners / who can join within 45 days
