Team Coordinator – RegasGroup Environmental Consultants (Sacramento, CA)

RegasGroup Environmental Consultants is growing, and we’re looking for a Team Coordinator to support our fast‑paced environmental consulting team. If you’re organized, proactive, and enjoy helping people, this role could be a great fit.

Position Overview

The Team Coordinator is the communication and operations hub of our office. You’ll manage incoming requests, support clients and partners, and collaborate closely with other members of the service team to keep projects moving smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

● Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional support

● Monitor and manage the shared inbox

● Upload new service requests into our database

● Collaborate with other service team members to ensure timely scheduling and project flow

● Work with accounting to address customer needs, billing questions, and documentation

● Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and restoration companies

● Prepare and send estimates

● Track project progress and follow up as needed

● Support the team with general administrative tasks
