JOB SUMMARY

Catalyst Education is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Head to lead the Sales and Admissions team in Calicut. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, sales, team-management, and target-achievement skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage the Sales and Academic Counselling team.
• Set and achieve monthly revenue and admission targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance.
• Conduct daily sales reviews and performance meetings.
• Coach and mentor Team Leaders and Sales Executives.
• Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and revenue.
• Monitor CRM, lead follow-ups, conversions, and admission closures.
• Handle escalated customer and sales-related issues.
• Analyse sales performance and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Academic, and Operations teams.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
• Build a strong, accountable, and high-performing sales culture.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / EdTech.
• Proven experience in managing large sales teams.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue and admission targets.
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent Malayalam and English communication.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Target-oriented and highly performance-driven.
