Job Role: TEAM LEAD

Job Purpose:

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented individuals who are interested in developing their communication, leadership, business development, and team management skills.

As a Management Trainee, you will receive practical training and guidance to understand business operations, interact with customers, develop new business opportunities, and gradually take responsibility for managing a team.

Freshers are welcome — prior experience is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills through practical training.
• Interact with customers and understand their requirements.
• Assist in developing new business opportunities through different channels.
• Learn and implement effective customer relationship and business development strategies.
• Participate in recruitment and team-building activities.
• Train, guide, and support team members to improve their performance.
• Monitor team performance and work towards achieving monthly and yearly business objectives.
• Take responsibility for team coordination and day-to-day activities as you progress.
