Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Accounting Team Lead to oversee a team of accounting professionals, ensure the quality and accuracy of financial reporting, maintain effective communication with US-based clients, resolve client queries, optimize team performance, and manage resources effectively to meet client expectations.

Duties & Responsibilities

• • Lead, mentor, and inspire the accounting team.

  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Handle client queries and maintain effective client communication.
  • Oversee financial statements, reports, and deliverables.
  • Ensure accounting quality and accuracy.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Monitor US accounting regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Implement technology solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Allocate resources according to workload and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with senior management on resource planning.

  Education & Training

  • Bachelors or masters degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 6 years of relevant, hands-on US/UK accounting experience

    Knowledge, Skills & Experience

    • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • End-to-end accounting experience in AP, AR, bank reconciliation, bookkeeping, and journal entries.
      • Proven team-handling experience in a US accounting environment.
      • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
      • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, Yardi, or MRI Property Management software.
      • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
      • Strong work ethic and professional standards.
      • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards.
      • Ability to identify process improvement and efficiency opportunities.
