What they need
Role & responsibilities
Drive end-to-end development using PHP Laravel with focus on quality, scalability & performance.
Collaborate with frontend, mobile & DevOps teams for smooth delivery. - Guide the team on best practices, coding standards & architecture decisions.
Own project planning, task allocation & delivery tracking.
Ensure seamless collaboration with business, QA, infrastructure & external partners.
Continuously optimize processes to improve delivery speed using automation & reusable components.
Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, IT audits, VAPT, and data security requirements.
Mentor and upskill the team, driving technical excellence and innovation culture. Key Skills Required
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's/master's in computer science, IT, or related field.
8+ years of experience in development, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
Experience in BFSI/FinTech/regulated sectors (preferably SEBI Domain:
Certifications in Laravel, DevOps, or Project Management are a plus
