• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of five developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

• Actively contribute as a senior developer, specializing in ASP.NET Core and Angular, to develop high-quality, scalable web applications.

• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring best practices in design, coding, testing, and deployment.

• Collaborate with other team leads and stakeholders to align technical objectives with business goals.

• Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill enhancement among team members.

• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.

• Balance hands-on development work with leadership responsibilities, setting a positive example for the team.

• Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core for backend development and Angular for front-end development.

• Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.

• Excellent understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.

• Experience with RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and cloud-based environments (Azure, AWS).

• Proficient in database technologies (SQL Server, MySQL) and ORM frameworks.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive innovative solutions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
