The primary role of a Team Lead in Operations is to manage an assigned team of individual contributors in meeting or exceedin g customer service level agreement, completion of team projects, adherence to operating standards and enforcement of company polici es through effective people development, team engagement and performance management capabilities.
What We Look For
- Must have an active PHRN License with BPO/CPO Training Experience
- Preferably with 3 years working experience in BPO/CPO under Healthcare programs
- With UM background experience
- Willing to work in Taguig City
