Team Lead Apprentice

If you have a solid background in customer service (1+ year) or some leadership experience and you're looking for a genuine opportunity to grow, our Team Lead Apprentice program could be a fit. We provide the framework and hands-on training for those ready to take on more.

In This Role, You Will:

• Utilize CRM/SaaS systems to facilitate strong customer service and client relationships.
• Address customer inquiries with a focus on retention and effective issue resolution.
• Support the daily flow of team operations, provide guidance to new team members, and contribute to a collaborative atmosphere.
• Participate in ongoing training initiatives covering marketing, leadership principles, and business acumen.
• Attend business meetings and engage in continuous professional development.

We're Interested In Individuals With:

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service and/or leadership.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities.
• A strong work ethic and a commitment to professional growth.
• The potential to lead and engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
