Eligibility:
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Team Leading in a financial services BPO or contact center, into supporting capital markets or brokerage operations.
Proven ability to explain complex financial scenarios simply and a demonstrably strong understanding of the capital markets and crypto domain.
Strong analytical, numerical, and leadership skills
