Molly Woppy is looking for an experienced, hands-on Team Lead to join our Bakery Pack Room and help lead our growing production team.

This is a key role for someone who enjoys being in the action, leading by example and making sure things get done properly. You’ll bring energy, organisation and accountability to the team, with a strong focus on quality, productivity, food safety and doing things right the first time.

We’re looking for someone who can lead people, manage processes and keep the wheels turning in a busy production environment.

About the Role

As Team Lead – Bakery Pack Room, you’ll play an important role in keeping our daily production running smoothly.

You’ll lead and work alongside the team across producing, icing and packing our cookies, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining the high standards Molly Woppy is known for.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You won’t be sitting on the sidelines — you’ll be right there with your team, setting the pace, solving problems and making sure the job gets done well.

Your day will include:

• Leading from the front while working alongside your team
• Maintaining a consistent, efficient pace to achieve daily production targets
• Coaching and developing team members to build capability
• Supporting other leaders and Operations Management
• Improvement of processes and systems
• Maintain a positive, high-performing team culture
• Upholding quality, food safety and health & safety requirements

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who is ready to step up and lead.

You’ll ideally have:

• Proven leadership experience
• High energy, high standards, and strong ownership of the role
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to build rapport and earn respect from your team
• Confidence with systems, processes, and record keeping
• A solid understanding of food safety procedures
• Commitment to Health & Safety best practices

Previous experience in bakery, food production, packing or a similar manufacturing environment would be an advantage.

Full training will be provided, but we’re looking for someone who already has the leadership mindset to take ownership of the role.

·         Full-time

·         Monday to Friday

·         Day shift

Flexibility for occasional Saturday work will be required.
