Inspired by the traditional Korean dish bibimbap, we sought to make balanced and healthy Asian cuisine accessible and enjoyable to everyone. Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead by example, greet guests with a friendly smile and create positive connections

• Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, shift transitions, and inventory management.

• Train, mentor, and motivateteam members to achieve their best.

• Ensurecompliancewith company policies, procedures, and health/safety standards.

• Manage food preparation and presentation to maintain high quality and consistency.

• Handle guest concerns and feedback with professionalismand asolutions-oriented approach.

• Maintain a clean, organized, andsafe work environment.

Requirements: 

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Previous experience in aleadership rolewithin a restaurant or retail environment preferred.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
