Team Lead Caller

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of 78 Customer Outreach Executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Monitor team performance across lead conversion, productivity, quality, and revenue contribution
• Conduct regular coaching, feedback sessions, and call audits to improve individual and team performance
• Ensure adherence to calling standards, scripts, and quality benchmarks
• Drive high-quality lead generation and ensure accurate qualification before handover to sales/design teams
• Track key metrics and prepare performance reports, dashboards, and insights
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth lead flow and conversion journey
• Stay updated on market trends, real estate, and interior design insights to guide the team effectively
• Foster a high-performance, accountable, and positive team culture
• Take ownership of targets in a six-day work environment

Experience & Education

• 4-6 years of experience in outbound sales with at least 12 years in a team handling role
• Proven experience in managing target-driven sales teams
• Strong leadership, coaching, Attrition and team and management skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, Team productivity and efficiency levels and conversion metrics
• Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements
