Team Lead

The pay for this position is between $65,000-$72,000 annually $5,000 sign-on bonus 3 weeks (pro-rated) paid vacation to start & excellent health/dental/vision coverage! 9 paid holidays and 1 week of personal time We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our Urgent Care team as a Team Lead. As a Team Leader, you will ensure the coordination and delivery of services by providing leadership to and supervision of Crisis Intervention Specialists as well as training new employees. Our ideal candidate will have a master’s degree in psychology, human services or a related field plus three years of relevant experience working with individuals with mental health, substance use, and/or developmental disabilities, including mental health crisis experience.

We Want To Hear From You If You Have

• A master’s degree in psychology, human services, or related field
• 3+ years experience working with individuals with mental health, substance use, and/or developmental disabilities, including mental health crisis experience.
• Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships
• Ability to stay calm and patient in stressful situations
• Compassion and kindness
