Role Overview: We are hiring a Team Leader Inside Sales (B2B) to drive acquisition of

exporters, SMEs, and business clients requiring international shipping solutions. This is a

player-coach role combining individual contribution and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives focused on B2B acquisition
• Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
• Close high-value B2B accounts and strategic clients
• Build strong pipeline of exporters and SMEs
• Ensure team achieves revenue and acquisition targets
• Monitor KPIs: calls, conversions, revenue, pipeline
• Train team on consultative selling and objection handling
• Collaborate with operations for onboarding and activation
• Maintain CRM accuracy and forecasting
• Improve team productivity through performance management
• Key Requirements:
• • 3+ years experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales
• • 1.5+ years in team handling (mandatory)
• • Proven B2B client acquisition track record
• • Experience in logistics, SaaS, or export industry preferred
• • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles
• • Ability to close mid-to-large deals
