Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve KPIs such as shrinkage, attrition, and payment domain performance targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team handling skills, reduce churn rates, and increase overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in the fintech process and implement changes accordingly.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and provide feedback for growth.
Job Requirements :
- 1-10 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of Fintech processes and ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
- Excellent team leading skills with experience managing high-performing teams across multiple locations.
