Designation - Team Lead

Location - Ghansoli

Working Days - 5 days working | 2 rotational week-offs

Shift - Rotational shift

CTC - up to 4.50 LPA

Mandatory Requirement - Tamil language fluency

Key Responsibilities:

• Being part of daily team meeting and update client and internal team

• Get trained on client policies

• Being responsible to share feedback/trainings to team members

• Responsible for internal/client communications

• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

• Understands team lead KPIs

Requirements :

• Graduation in any field is mandatory

• Fluency in Tamil language is mandatory (speaking, reading, writing, listening)

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Operations Team Lead on paper.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and research skills

• Ability to work collaboratively
