- Track and report key performance indicators like AHT, CSAT, FCR (First Call Resolution), and adherence.
Preferred candidate profile
- 1-3 years as a team lead in voice or non-voice BPO operations
- Ability to read reports on metrics like AHT, First Call Resolution (FCR), and occupancy rates
- Clear verbal skills
