Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the sales team.

Drive the team to achieve monthly sales targets.

Handle customer/team queries and resolve issues effectively.

Track and report team performance, revenue, and improvement areas.

Support team members in sales closure and customer handling.

Maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

Create a positive, competitive, and performance-driven team environment.

Skills Required:

5+ years of sales experience with strong leadership skills.
