Seeking an experienced Team Leader Financial Crime Operations with 5+ years of experience leading AML, Fraud Investigations, and Financial Crime Operations within the Banking, Financial Services, or BPO industry.

Responsible for managing teams of Financial Crime Analysts, overseeing Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), Fraud Investigations, Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) reviews, transaction monitoring, regulatory compliance, and financial crime investigations, while ensuring SLA/KPI adherence and operational excellence.

Candidates should have strong expertise in global Financial Crime regulations, AML investigations, fraud detection, SAR reporting, stakeholder management, client engagement, people management, process improvement, escalation management, quality assurance, and operational governance.

Experience leading teams in a high-volume, 24x7 operations environment with a focus on compliance, performance management, and continuous process improvement is highly preferred.
