JOB SUMMARY

Catalyst Education is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to manage and lead our Sales and Admissions team in Calicut.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience, proven team-handling skills, excellent communication abilities, and a consistent track record of achieving targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, motivate, and manage the Sales / BDA / Academic Counselling team.
• Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Track individual and team performance.
• Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews.
• Train and mentor team members on counselling, negotiation, follow-up, and closing.
• Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions through CRM.
• Support team members in handling customer objections and closing admissions.
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
• Maintain a target-driven and positive team environment.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Academic, and Branch teams to improve conversions.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or EdTech.
• Minimum 1 year of team-handling experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent Malayalam and English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, counselling, and closing skills.
