Team Lead

We are looking for a motivated Team Lead to join our growing team in Sheffield. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a people-focused environment, takes initiative and wants to develop their leadership and management skills.

Previous leadership experience can be beneficial but is not essential. Training and ongoing support will be provided to help you develop within the role.

The Role

As a Team Lead, you will work alongside the wider team while helping to support day-to-day performance, development and operations.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting the team with daily activities and objectives
• Helping to maintain a positive and professional working environment
• Communicating clearly with customers and team members
• Supporting new team members during their training and development
• Helping the team work towards individual and collective targets
• Leading by example and maintaining high professional standards
• Providing encouragement, guidance and day-to-day support
• Assisting with organisation and coordination of team activities
• Identifying opportunities to improve performance
• Taking part in regular training and development sessions

Training & Development
