Job Title: Team Leader – Banking Sales

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Team Leader to manage and support a sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Assign leads and monitor daily team activities.
• Guide and motivate team members to improve sales performance.
• Follow up on leads and support the team in customer conversion.
• Monitor individual and team performance.
• Provide training and coaching to new and existing team members.
• Maintain good customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the Branch Manager and internal teams.
• Ensure proper follow-up and timely completion of customer applications.
• Prepare and share daily and monthly sales reports.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, banking, NBFC, or financial services preferred.
• Previous team-handling experience is preferred.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Chennai

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
