Team Lead

We’re looking for a capable and motivated Team Lead to take responsibility for supporting day-to-day team performance, maintaining high standards and helping colleagues develop.

This position would suit someone who communicates clearly, leads by example and is comfortable taking ownership of both people and priorities. You’ll work closely with management while remaining actively involved with the team, ensuring objectives are understood and work is completed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

As Team Lead, you will:

• Coordinate daily priorities and team workloads
• Set clear expectations and maintain working standards
• Monitor individual and team performance
• Provide coaching, guidance and constructive feedback
• Support the training and development of team members
• Assist with onboarding and supporting new starters
• Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues
• Communicate updates, priorities and performance expectations
• Work with management to achieve wider business objectives

About You

You’ll be organised, dependable and confident taking responsibility. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important, along with the ability to remain composed, make decisions and support different personalities within a team.

Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, Senior Team Member or similar position would be beneficial. Candidates who have experience coaching colleagues or taking additional responsibility within a team are also encouraged to apply.

Training and Development

You’ll receive ongoing support to strengthen your skills across people management, coaching, performance management, planning and leadership.

As you demonstrate your ability to manage greater responsibility, there will be opportunities to broaden your involvement in team development and business operations.
