Sett is a UA creative performance platform for mobile gaming. We build agentic AI systems that analyze performance data, generate diverse playable and video ad concepts, deploy them to ad networks, and continuously learn from the results. The full creative loop. Automated, and done better than humans only.

Our system doesn't remix templates. It creates fundamentally different creative hypotheses, each one built from real performance signals.

We're looking for someone who's worked on both sides of the table - engineering and product.

You'll own an entire product area, lead a squad, and work alongside engineers, researchers, creative experts and operations to build AI products that customers use every day.

Responsibilities:

• Own a product area from idea to production.
• Lead and manage cross-functional squad of 3 people.
• Build product strategy through customer conversations, experimentation and fast iteration.
• Stay hands-on and keep building production systems.
• Design and build agentic AI products that solve real customer problems.
• Decide what gets built - not because it's on a roadmap, but because it's the highest-leverage thing to do.
• Work closely with creative experts, researchers, engineers and operation managers to continuously improve the product.

Requirements:

• You have experience in both Software Engineering and Product Management.
• Hands-on building and writing production code.
• Have built and shipped agentic AI products to real customers
• Have hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, orchestration frameworks and AI evaluations.
• You prefer prototypes over presentations.
• You're comfortable making decisions without having all the answers.
