About us

Aura Connections is an outsourced sales and marketing agency based in Glasgow. We deliver events, business-to-business and field-based marketing campaigns for established UK clients, including Eon, EE and British Gas, connecting them with their customers.

We're hiring a Team Lead to join our Glasgow team. You'll start by learning the fundamentals of face-to-face campaign delivery, then build toward supporting team coordination and coaching new starters.

Responsibilities

• Represent our clients directly with customers at events and in the field, explaining products and services and handling sign-ups

• Support the planning and day-to-day delivery of live client campaigns

• Help onboard and coach new team members once you're established in the role

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and campaign results

• Take part in in-house training on sales technique, campaign operations and communication

• Build professional, repeat relationships with client contacts and customers

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Organised, with good time management

• Willingness to learn and take feedback

• Interest in sales, business operations or client services

• Comfortable working as part of a team

• Self-motivated and reliable

Our interview process

This role has a three-stage process:

Introduction - an initial meeting to get to know you and talk through the role

Conversation - a second-stage interview exploring your knowledge and understanding of the role and industry

Final stage - held either in person at our Glasgow office or via Zoom

Full-time, on-site role based in Glasgow. Applicants must be able to commute to the office.
