Team Leader – Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Pay: $12.00 to $14.00 per hour
Schedule: Morning and evening/night shifts
Location: Tropical Smoothie Cafe – GA149, Covington, GA

About the Position

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of restaurant or food-service experience and is comfortable working both morning and evening/night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team during shifts
• Help manage daily cafe operations
• Provide excellent customer service
• Prepare food and smoothies according to company standards
• Complete daily prep and maintain proper FIFO rotation
• Make sure orders are accurate and completed on time
• Keep the cafe clean, organized, and properly stocked
• Train and support team members
• Monitor food quality and waste
• Follow food-safety and company procedures
• Help with opening and closing duties
• Communicate effectively with management and team members

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant or food-service experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Reliable and punctual
• Hardworking and responsible
• Strong customer-service skills
• Able to work both morning and evening/night shifts
• Able to work holidays as part of a rotating schedule
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to lead by example and help wherever needed
