Team Lead

Barden is delighted to be working with a well-established, Irish-owned business in Cork as they look to hire a Team Lead. This role blends people leadership with hands-on client work, in a smaller organisation where you will see the impact of what you do. You will lead and develop a team of account managers while looking after your own portfolio of clients, covering accounts, payroll, and day-to-day finance queries.

It suits an accounting professional with Irish payroll experience who is ready to lead a team, or who has started to already.

"We want someone who enjoys bringing people on as much as problem solving. You will have the autonomy to improve how the team works, and we will back you to do it." Hiring Manager
