Job Description

We are looking for experienced finance professionals to join the Record to Report (RTR) team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in general ledger accounting, account reconciliation, journal entries, and month-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Record to Report (RTR) and General Ledger (GL) accounting activities.
• Perform journal entries, accruals, and necessary accounting adjustments.
• Manage account and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support month-end and period-end closing activities.
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting processes.
• Prepare and support financial reports as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in RTR, R2R, General Ledger, or Financial Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closing.
• Minimum qualification of B.Com.
• Willingness to work in a US night shift.
• Candidates who can join within one week are preferred.
