Job Scope

• Lead and guide the engineers in providing desktop and tech refresh support to end users
• Supporting and communicating with end users regarding their IT issues
• Oversee troubleshooting for client platform related problems
• Handle escalations, respond to incidents, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution; ensure timely updates to relevant parties
• Involved in onsite support and physical activities (heavy lifting when required)
• Oversee and perform service requests related to client platforms
• Monitor team performance against agreed service level; ensure documentation & maintenance of system configurations; provide regular reporting to relevant parties

Requirements:

• Have EUC / Tech refresh / Desktop support background
• Have technical support and hands on experience
