Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced OTC Team Lead to support the APAC market . The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing key Order-to-Cash (O2C) activities, including Cash Application, Customer Master Data Management, Accounts Receivable (AR) Reporting, Collections, Billing, and O2C Closing activities . This role requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin for operational discussions and stakeholder meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day OTC operations for assigned markets.
• Perform and oversee Cash Application activities, ensuring timely and accurate allocation of receipts.
• Manage Customer Master Data creation, maintenance, and governance.
• Support and execute monthly O2C Closing activities within agreed timelines.
• Monitor and prepare Accounts Receivable (AR) reports , analyze aging, and highlight collection risks.
• Drive Collections activities to improve cash flow and reduce overdue balances.
• Support Billing and Invoice Management processes, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, unapplied cash, and customer disputes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Finance, Sales, Commercial teams, and customers.
• Handle operational requests via email and participate in stakeholder meetings conducted in Mandarin.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, controls, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field .
• 5-8 years of experience in:
• Cash Application
• O2C Closing
• Accounts Receivable Reporting
• Collections
• Billing
• Customer Master Data Management
• Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash (OTC/O2C) process .
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory to support all APAC markets such as AU, NZ, SG, MY and etc.
• Good command of English for business communication.
• Experience with SAP or SAP S/4HANA will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced shared services environment.

• Exposure to process transitions, automation, or continuous improvement projects.
• Leadership or team coordination experience is preferred with handling team size upto 10.
