Team Lead

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, and work quality.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure timely completion of targets.
• Guide team members in customer handling, lead generation, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and discuss improvement strategies.
• Monitor daily calls, qualified leads, customer appointments, site visits, and sales conversions.
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and support to improve employee performance.
• Track individual and team targets and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Identify performance gaps and take corrective action to improve productivity.
• Handle escalated customer queries and support team members in resolving issues.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Manager and management to implement business plans and achieve organizational goals.
• Maintain team discipline and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Develop strategies to improve team efficiency, customer engagement, and overall business performance.
• Ensure consistent follow-ups and effective coordination between telecalling and sales teams.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
