Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and supervise retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, pricing, and stock replenishment.
• Conduct employee training & development sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and inventory control with accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and store procedures at all times.
• Perform opening and closing duties including counting / making daily deposits and ensuring proper opening or closing procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Background in retail sales, merchandising, inventory management, and POS systems.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lead a team through motivation, coaching, and strategic planning while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases.
• Available evenings and weekends

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
