Role Summary

As a Team Lead at Sky Zone Trampoline Park, you’ll bridge the gap between frontline team members and the park management team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not limited to supervising a team of court monitors/cashiers, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction, coordinating emergency protocols, and managing the overall floor operations. You’ll also assist with maintaining a clean and organized facility, and may occasionally be asked to help with other tasks as needed to keep our park running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has great time management and communication skills, and works diligently with integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Staff Supervision: Oversees court monitors and cashiers, making sure staff are actively watching assigned zones, monitors staff performance, and facilitating breaks/rotations.
• Safety & Rule Enforcement: Maintains guest safety on jumping surfaces, foam pits, or sports courts, and steps in during escalated rule violations or emergencies.
• Operations & Maintenance: Performs or verifies daily safety checklists, inspects equipment, and handles basic cleaning or maintenance tasks.
• Escalation Support: Acts as an intermediate point of contact between front-line team members and management, helping coordinate responses to guest issues or injuries.
• Task Allocation: Assigns daily or weekly work based on individual team member strengths and capacities.
• Guidance and Mentoring: Provides hands-on technical instruction, helps solve daily problems, and coaches less-experienced employees.

• Has reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Salary

$10-$16/hr based on experience/work performance.
