The Opportunity

You'll lead the development of a European Data Centre Construction & Engineering recruitment division, building relationships across key European markets and establishing a strong presence in this specialist sector.

We're looking for someone who understands the construction, engineering or technical recruitment market and wants the opportunity to build something from the ground up.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in construction, engineering or technical recruitment, with data centre experience a major advantage.

• Existing relationships, or a clear route into, contractors, developers, consultancies and end-users.

• An understanding of the data centre project lifecycle, from design and construction through to commissioning and handover.

• A strong track record in business development and winning new clients.

• The ambition to build, scale and ultimately lead a specialist recruitment team.

Whether you're currently a Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant, Business Manager or Team Leader, we're interested in your market credibility, relationships and ambition.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a European Data Centre Construction & Engineering recruitment division.

• Build strategic client relationships across target European markets.

• Generate new business and secure key client partnerships.

• Develop a network of construction, engineering, commissioning and project delivery professionals.

• Establish the processes and strategy that will underpin the division's growth.

• Recruit, mentor and lead consultants as the business expands.

• Become a recognised name within the European data centre construction and engineering recruitment market.
