Team Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of finance professionals to deliver high-quality financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting services to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for financial reporting and accounting practices.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements :

• 10-20 years of experience in finance or related field (accountancy, auditing).
• Strong knowledge of Netsuite ERP system or similar financial software applications.
• Proven track record in managing teams or leading projects involving complex financial analysis and reporting.
