Team Lead, Data & Analytics

About the role

You will lead a team of talented data professionals while serving as the Service Delivery Manager for our Data Warehouse and Data Platform services. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, evolution, and business value of our global data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Data & Analytics professionals
• Drive employee engagement, performance management, and career development
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning activities
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing team culture
• Own the delivery and operational management of Data Warehouse services
• Ensure platform stability, availability, and continuous improvement
• Manage incidents, service requests, service levels, and operational processes
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders across the organization
• Understand business challenges and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Provide guidance and oversight across Data Warehouse, Analytics, Integration, and Data Platform initiatives

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience leading technical teams within a Data & Analytics environment
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Integration, and Business Intelligence concepts
• Experience working with Microsoft technologies and cloud-based data platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Preferred: Experience with Azure Data Services, Data Engineering, Analytics, or Master Data Management solutions
• Preferred: Experience in service delivery, IT operations, or application management
• Preferred: Experience working within a global or multinational organization
