Objectives

**- The position is responsible to ensure that the TAT for the process is maintained while maintaining set quality standards.

• The position is also responsible for managing the team performance while ensuring high levels of motivation and productivity.

• The position is also responsible for the development of its team members.

  Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure TAT compliance

  • Ensure Quality is maintained as per company and client guidelines while adhering to TAT.

  • Ensure attendance of team, and in case of absence proper allocation of Job to minimize impact on productivity.

  • Ensure Proper forms management both in process and completed.

  • Make and implement plans/ process to curb absenteeism.

  • Implement ways to increase productivity.

  • Training and Development of new staff to ensure quick deployment.
