Roles and Responsibilities

• This defines the main role of the position. It provides a clear understanding of role and responsibilities of the position.

• Ensure TAT compliance

• Ensure Quality is maintained as per company and client guidelines while adhering to TAT.

• Ensure attendance of team, and in case of absence proper allocation of Job to minimize impact on productivity.

• Ensure Proper forms management both in process and completed.

• Make and implement plans/process to curb absenteeism.

• Implement ways to increase productivity.

• Training and Development of new staff to ensure quick deployment.
