Team Lead – Digitization and Digitalization

Responsible for leading the Digitization and Digitalization team in developing and implementing digital solutions that improve business processes, automation, and operational efficiency. Provides technical leadership in software development, system integration, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Digitization and Digitalization team and technical projects.
• Design, develop, test, maintain, and improve software applications and digital solutions.
• Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives to streamline business processes.
• Develop and integrate systems, APIs, databases, and other digital solutions as required.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, troubleshooting, and mentoring to team members.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordination with business and technical stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with business requirements.
• Monitor team performance and promote continuous improvement and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in software development, digital transformation, automation, or related technical roles.
• Experience in developing and maintaining software applications and digital solutions.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages, databases, APIs, and system integration.
• Experience with process automation, workflow development, and system optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership or team management experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, system security, and version control.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Quezon City
