Team Lead - Electrical

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of electrical engineers responsible for designing and developing power transformers, distribution transformers, and other related products.
• Oversee the entire product development cycle from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12-20 years of experience in Electrical Design Engineering or related field.
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Electrical.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solid Works, 3D Modeling, Transformer Design (IDT), Electrical Design (DES), Design Calculations (DC), BOM Preparation (BOM).
• Strong understanding of IDT Transformer , Oil & Dry type Power Transformers , Control & Distribution Transformers.
