Job Summary

Job Description (JD): We are looking for a Team Lead - Embedded Systems (UAV) to lead embedded hardware and firmware development for UAV platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in embedded systems, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring timely delivery of reliable and high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead embedded systems development team (hardware and firmware) for UAVs.
• Support flight testing, tuning, and validation.
• Perform debugging, failure analysis, and reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with mechanical, aerodynamics, and software teams.
• Assist in system architecture and component selection.
• Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers.

Desired Skills

• Bachelors degree in Electronics, Embedded Systems, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in embedded systems development.
• Proficiency in Embedded C/C++.
• Experience with ARM Cortex and STM32 microcontrollers.
• Knowledge of UART, SPI, I2C, and CAN communication protocols.
• Familiarity with debugging tools such as JTAG, oscilloscope, and logic analyzer.
• Experience with Mission Planner or QGroundControl (preferred).
• Knowledge of basic UAV systems, PID tuning, and MAVLink protocol.
• Strong Git version control and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing small engineering teams (2-8 members).
• Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics, Embedded Systems, or a related field.
